Mr Anil Nair, a visionary Civil Engineer and entrepreneur, founded Pioneer Group in 1995 and built it into a trusted name in real estate, known for quality and innovation. Honoured with the Bharat Vikas Ratan Award, he has also served as President, CREDAI Nagpur Metro (2017–2019) and Chairman, Builders Association of India – Nagpur (2019–2021), driving key reforms such as RERA and GST. Expanding his vision, he has ventured into hospitality and information technology. As a member of the Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI), the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Western India (HRAWI), Nagpur Residential Hotels Association (NRHA), the Vidarbha Economic Development Council and the Rotary Club, Mr. Nair actively contributes to the growth, social upliftment and professional excellence across industries.
